Handcrafted with a few genuine ingredients in our organic bakery, with extra virgin olive oil and no white sugar. Made with ancient Khorasan wheat, an alternative cereal to vary one's diet. They are the result of a long leavening process with natural yeast that makes them light, crumbly and digestible.
