Paypal

  • PayPal is an internationally recognised company that offers a viable online payment solution, used every day by individuals and businesses worldwide.

Credit Card

  • You will be redirected to the Checkout site (chosen for its reliability and security) where you will make your payment via SSL encrypted secure transaction. Payment can be made safely with any credit card. At no time during the purchase process Sottolestelle Shop will be able to access your credit card information such as card number, financial and asset information.

Warranty and withdrawal

Purchases made on Sottolestelle Distribuzione s.r.l. shop.sottolestelle.com site are governed by Italian mail-order sales law.

The cost of shipping costs, if incurred during purchase, is not refunded. We only refund the value spent on returned products.

If you have made a mistake in your purchase, or have purchased items you did not want, or are otherwise dissatisfied with your order, you have 15 working days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility to return the product(s) and be reimbursed for the cost.
We will accept the return of items, provided they are in like-new condition.

WARNING: the right of withdrawal is not provided for, as indicated by law, for foodstuffs or household/personal hygiene products delivered with a regular expiry date; furthermore, it cannot be exercised on digital content such as e.g. eBooks, Mp3s and streaming and downloadable video courses.
For returns from abroad: shipping costs are charged to the customer and, from the amount of the returned items, any customs costs that the courier requires when accepting the parcel will be deducted (so the amount of the refund will be equal to the difference between the amount of the returned items and the amount of shipping costs).
Sottolestelle Shop reserves the right; not to grant free returns in the event of abuse of the service (exceeding 20% of the goods purchased in the last 12 months). Consequently, the return may be made at your own expense.

Damaged or non-conforming products: Should you receive damaged or non-conforming goods, please inform us within 5 working days at info@sottolestelle.shop.

You may use the same box in which you received the goods or any box suitable for the size of the product(s) to be returned. If the product is fragile and is likely to be damaged in transit, take care to include newspaper or other material in the package. Include in the package a copy of the receipt or invoice you received with your order. If necessary, include in the package the bank details for a refund to your bank account if you paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer (see "How does the refund work?" for more details). Seal the box so that the courier receives a parcel that is suitable for transport.

The refund is made within 10 working days after receiving the returned package.

The terms of reimbursement are as follows:

  • If the order was paid for by Credit Card, you can request the amount to be credited to your Credit Card;
  • If the order was paid for by Paypal, you can request the amount to be credited to your Paypal account;
  • If the order has been paid for by cash on delivery, you can request that the amount be credited to your bank account by bank transfer.
  • Or you can request a refund in the form of a Credit/Value Voucher to be used in Sottolestelle Shop
